Business Development Manager


This role will cover London and the home counties.


  • Making initial contact with clients to establish requirements
  • Making appointments to meet with clients to deliver quotations, proposals, specifications, and to obtain orders
  • Follow enquiries through to delivery
  • Ensuring sales targets are met
  • Lead generation
  • Creating new relationships with clients
  • Developing new business
  • Qualifying incoming leads
  • Following through the sales process until an order has been secured



  • Experience of selling is required, preferably in the construction industry
  • It is essential that the candidate is well organised, and self-motivated
